Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the day‑to‑day marketing and communications efforts, supporting fundraising, volunteer recruitment, donor engagement, programs, events, and brand awareness.

The role requires a creative, proactive marketer with deep ties to the Greater Philadelphia area, capable of building, innovating, and making an impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications, PR, or related field.
• 4+ years in marketing, communications, or related roles.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
