You’re on-site in Grand Rapids, getting a quick pulse-check with the Marketing Manager, then hopping into the day’s queue: a few items need approvals, a couple assets need rounding up, and a vendor has a timing question. Between SharePoint files, project updates, and a handful of quick check-ins, you keep the team’s moving parts lined up.
Later, you pivot to the practical stuff—making sure routine materials are stocked, an order is ready to go, and a mailing is prepped with care and confidentiality. By day’s end, things feel calmer and clearer: fewer loose ends, smoother handoffs, and one more set of details handled the right way.
