• Must serve as the primary marketing resource for a firm or practice group.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

CBIZ is partnering with a mid-size law firm in the search for a Marketing and Business Development Specialist for their Downtown Los Angeles office. This is a hybrid position that offers one remote day per week once trained. The ideal candidate MUST have at least 5+ years of law firm marketing and business development experience out of a mid-sized to large firm and strong technical skills.

Duties

• Partner with attorneys and practice group leaders to develop and execute business
• Work directly with attorneys on marketing strategies, client engagement, and relationship

• Identify and advance opportunities for client growth, cross-selling, and revenue
• generation
• Manage the preparation of pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations,
• Coordinate and execute client events, sponsorships, conferences, and local outreach
• initiatives
• Conduct market, client, and industry research to inform business development strategies
• Provide individual and group business development coaching and training to attorneys at
• all levels
• Coordinate graphic design, marketing collateral, advertisements, and invitations,
• managing outside design vendors as needed to maintain brand consistency
• Support and enhance the firm’s online presence, with particular emphasis on LinkedIn strategy and management
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategic direction
• Prepare and present regular reports to firm leadership on the effectiveness of marketing
• and business development efforts, offering actionable insights and recommendations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Five (5)+ years of marketing and/or business development experience within a mid-size to large law firm environment, with demonstrated ability to serve as the primary marketing resource for a

• Strong understanding of the legal industry, including local market dynamics and
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with attorneys and firm

• The salary range for this position is from $120,000-$150,000, DOE.
