In this role, you will be the welcoming face and trusted guide for individuals and families navigating care options at our nursing center. You will ensure their administrative and financial interactions are seamless, setting the stage for a positive, supportive experience from the first contact.

Position Highlights

  1. Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources, ensuring needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with leadership to implement marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to boost our nursing center's visibility and census.
  3. Manage the entire non-clinical admission process, from initial inquiry and tours to explaining admission criteria and financial responsibilities, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
  4. Address patient questions and concerns proactively, consulting with internal and external partners for timely resolutions.
  5. Work with a dedicated team, participate in daily meetings, and support financial operations of the nursing center.
  6. Contribute to patient satisfaction, the financial health of the center, and help individuals access necessary care.
