Job summary

Aditi Consulting in Plano, TX is seeking a marketing-focused coordinator to help drive product road mapping, artificial intelligence initiatives, and revenue planning. The role is on-site and includes sample management, demo opportunities, and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage an annual demo budget, evaluate ROI for opportunities, and ensure accurate SAP updates for internal reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred.
• 2 years of industry experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in large, matrix organizations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; proven ability to provide clarity in complex situations.
• Experience producing highly effective presentations for internal and external customers and executives.
• Passion for creating great customer experiences and solving problems.
• Ability to work independently, quickly, and Thoroughly to prioritize and complete tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sample management.
• Demo pool manager with annual budget ownership.
• Evaluate and qualify ROI for demo opportunities.
• Manage SAP system updates and tracking for internal purposes.
• Process TTI & Finance invoices monthly.
• Inventory and supply management and reporting.
• Manage MDF and FOC submissions.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence.
