American Honda Finance Corporation (AHFC) seeks a Sales and Marketing Pricing Analyst to support rate-setting by maintaining product parameters and developing pricing strategies.

You will help AHFC maintain financial health and grow sales through competitive financial products across consumer finance channels.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree in mathematics/statistics, finance, economics, business, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in lending or a financial field is preferred, or an outstanding academic record.
• Knowledge of indirect loan/lease consumer lending.
• Understanding of the automotive industry and automotive finance business.

Job Purpose

American Honda Finance Corporation (AHFC) is seeking a Sales and Marketing Pricing Analyst. The person will support the Consumer Financial Services (CFS) rate-setting process by maintaining product parameters, helping analyze and develop pricing strategies, and supporting testing and deployment. In this role, you will help AHFC maintain a healthy financial position and grow sales through competitive financial products, supporting parent company AHM’s sales and profitability.

Key Accountabilities

• Support pricing strategies that optimize penetration and profitability.
• Test, validate, and deploy regional and national pricing for new, certified, and used business.
• Analyze market conditions to inform pricing strategies.
• Model pricing scenarios to balance competitiveness, profitability, and dealer and customer needs.
• Prepare materials for interest rate approvals.
• Monitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments.
• Support monthly rate setting, implement rates in sales programs, and communicate updates through bulletins, announcements, and dealer guidebooks.
• Respond to internal and external requests supporting sales strategies.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc Sales and Marketing reports.

Minimum Educational Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in mathematics/statistics, finance, economics, business, business administration, or a related field.

Minimum Experience

• 3+ years Experience in lending or a financial field is preferred, or an outstanding academic record.
• Knowledge of indirect loan/lease consumer lending.
• Understanding of the automotive industry and automotive finance business.
