Marketing Analyst (Global Marketing)

Fossil Group are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Marketing Analyst to join our Global Marketing team. Reporting into the Sr. Director, Global Marketing, this role will play a critical part in transforming data into actionable insights that improve marketing performance, inform strategic decision‑making, and drive business growth across global markets.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to connect marketing performance to business outcomes. They should have experience analyzing cross‑channel marketing data—including paid media, social, crm, ecommerce, sales, consumer behavior, and market trends—and be able to communicate findings in a clear, compelling way to both marketing and executive stakeholders.

This role partners closely with Global Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM, and external agency partners.
