Job summary

Fossil Group seeks a Marketing Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that improve marketing performance and drive global growth. You will analyze cross-channel data, build dashboards, and present findings to marketing and executive leadership.

The role partners with Global Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM, and external agencies to measure effectiveness and forecast business impact, supporting strategic planning across global markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing Analytics, Growth Marketing, Business Analytics, Ecommerce Analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance across multiple digital channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing performance across multiple marketing channels, including paid media, organic social, CRM, ecommerce, retail, and brand marketing initiatives.
  • Develop recurring dashboards and reports that monitor campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through ongoing analysis of marketing KPIs.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and business impact.
  • Analyze sales performance and marketing contribution to support forecasting and business planning.
  • Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to measure marketing effectiveness against business objectives.
  • Support marketing forecasting using historical performance and market trends.
  • Assist in measuring incremental impact of marketing investments across channels.
  • Analyze customer segmentation and audience insights.
  • Support development of competitive benchmarking, and category analysis.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable business recommendations.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards that communicate performance clearly.
  • Translate complex data into concise, actionable insights for leadership presentations.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting.
  • Partner with Global Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM, Commercial, Finance, and agency partners to answer key business questions through data.
  • Support marketing planning by identifying opportunities for investment, optimization, and innovation.

Marketing Analyst (Global Marketing)

Fossil Group are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Marketing Analyst to join our Global Marketing team. Reporting into the Sr. Director, Global Marketing, this role will play a critical part in transforming data into actionable insights that improve marketing performance, inform strategic decision-making, and drive business growth across global markets.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to connect marketing performance to business outcomes. They should have experience analyzing cross-channel marketing data-including paid media, social, crm, ecommerce, sales, consumer behavior, and market trends-and be able to communicate findings in a clear, compelling way to both marketing and executive stakeholders.

This role partners closely with Global Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM, and external agency partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Performance & Analytics
  • Analyze marketing performance across multiple marketing channels, including paid media, organic social, CRM, ecommerce, retail, and brand marketing initiatives.
  • Develop recurring dashboards and reports that monitor campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and ROI.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting global or multi-market marketing organizations.
  • Experience working with ecommerce or omnichannel retail businesses.
  • Familiarity with media measurement, attribution, marketing mix modeling (MMM), or incrementality testing.
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar marketing technologies.
  • Experience with consumer research tools (Nielsen, Circana, YouGov, GWI, Mintel, etc.) is a plus.
