Job summary

Incline P&C Group seeks a Marketing Analyst to drive market research, pipeline management, and business development enablement across the organization. You will partner with the Business Development Director and Underwriting Leadership to identify prospects and manage opportunities from outreach through underwriting review.

The role emphasizes research, analytics, and polished materials, with a focus on the property and casualty insurance market, in a hybrid Austin-based setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in marketing, business development support, or related analytical role.
• Experience in property and casualty insurance or program administration is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Research MGAs, program administrators, brokers, and markets to identify opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline and CRM records; ensure data is accurate and actionable.
• Develop market intelligence and create briefing materials for leadership.
• Support outreach, proposals, and marketing collateral for partnerships.
• Coordinate conferences, meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Create pipeline reports and dashboards to track activity and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Underwriting, and Marketing teams.
