About Gameday Men's Health

Gameday Men's Health is a fast-growing men's health and wellness franchise operating hundreds of clinics across the US and Canada. We specialize in TRT, ED treatments, peptide therapy, and medical weight loss, delivered in a performance-positioned "man-cave" clinic environment. Our tagline says it: Every Day Is Gameday.

We are scaling aggressively and our marketing engine runs on real data, tight feedback loops, and franchisee-level accountability. This role is how we keep that engine honest.

The Role

We are hiring a Marketing Analyst to be the data spine of our paid media and franchise marketing programs. You will work side-by-side with the Franchise Marketing Manager and the Paid Media Manager to pull data, build and maintain dashboards, run analysis, and turn a fragmented multi-agency, multi-clinic data landscape into clean, decision-ready reporting.

You will not just report numbers. You will find the story in the numbers — where CPL is drifting, why a market is underperforming, which agency is delivering true CAC vs cheap leads, and where the next dollar should go.

This is a high-visibility role. Your outputs go to franchisees, agency partners, and the executive team.

What You’ll Own
Data Pulls and Consolidation
  • Pull weekly and monthly performance data from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit, Yelp, and other paid platforms
  • Consolidate agency-submitted performance rollups and validate for accuracy, gaps, and inconsistencies
  • Pull CRM data (leads, source tagging, booked/showed/started status) and reconcile against ad platform data
  • Work with the analytics warehouse and identity-resolution environment to pull cross-system patient lineage data
Dashboards and Reporting Infrastructure
  • Build and maintain clinic-level, regional, and network-level dashboards covering CPL, CVR, CAC, book/show/start rates, ROAS, and payback
  • Own the monthly reporting cadence and prepare the recurring executive-level monthly report covering system, regional, creative, and SEO performance
  • Build agency scorecards with shared metric definitions across all partner agencies and pilot arms
  • Maintain campaign naming and taxonomy hygiene across HQ and franchise campaigns so data rolls up cleanly
Analysis and Insight Generation
  • Diagnose CPL drift — separate CPM movement from CVR movement so we're solving the right problem
  • Break out performance by clinic, DMA, region, service line (TRT, ED, peptides, weight loss), and channel
  • Track new clinic ramp against phased CPL and CAC benchmarks and flag kill-criteria breaches early
  • Analyze lead quality by source: connect leads to booked → showed → started → revenue, and quantify the CPL vs true-CAC gap
  • Support creative reporting: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPL by format, and top-performing angles
Cross-Functional Support
  • Partner with the Paid Media Manager on experimentation reporting — test structure, readouts, and statistical directional guidance
  • Partner with the Franchise Marketing Manager on franchisee-facing reporting, minimum spend compliance, and territory rollups
  • Support Canada-specific reporting under a distinct compliance and benchmark framework
  • Build ad-hoc pulls and models for leadership: forecasting, capacity, budget reallocation scenarios
Data Quality and Automation
  • Own the definitions — what counts as a lead, a booking, a show, a start — and enforce them across HQ, agencies, and franchisees
  • Identify manual reporting steps ripe for automation (Sheets scripts, tag manager fixes, connector improvements) and build them
  • QA agency submissions and flag inconsistencies before they hit exec reporting
What You Bring
Required
  • 3-5+ years in a marketing analyst, performance marketing analyst, or paid media analyst role
  • Deep hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least one additional paid social platform (TikTok, Reddit, Yelp preferred)
  • Advanced Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, or equivalent)
  • SQL proficiency — comfortable querying a warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar) without hand-holding
  • Dashboard build experience in Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Track record of connecting top-of-funnel media metrics to downstream conversion and revenue outcomes
  • Strong written communication — you can turn a data pull into a three-bullet insight a franchisee or executive can act on
Strongly Preferred
  • Multi-unit, franchise, or multi-location experience — healthcare, fitness, med spa, home services, QSR, or similar. You've reported across many locations and dealt with unit-level rollups
  • Healthcare or men's health / wellness / telehealth vertical experience
  • CRM analytics experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce (lead source attribution, booked/showed/started tracking)
  • Familiarity with attribution challenges in health verticals (Google health remarketing restrictions, HIPAA-adjacent handling, Meta special ad category limits)
  • Experience working alongside multiple external agencies with shared scorecards
  • Exposure to marketing mix modeling, MMM-lite, or marginal-efficiency budget analysis
Nice to Have
  • Python or R for larger data pulls and analysis
  • Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking implementation exposure
  • Familiarity with modern marketing and CDP stacks (warehouse, event tracking, marketing automation, identity resolution)
What Success Looks Like

First 30 days — Onboarded to all data sources. Understand the two-tier (HQ + local) structure, the agency footprint, the KPI framework, and the reporting cadence. Own the recurring data pulls without support.

First 90 days — Refactored at least one dashboard to reduce manual work meaningfully. Delivered a network-level lead quality analysis by channel and agency. Built or improved a shared agency scorecard.

First 6 months — Recognized by franchisees and agencies as the source of truth. Insights are cited in exec decisions on budget allocation, agency retention, and channel expansion. At least one automation shipped that saves the team meaningful weekly hours.

How You’ll Be Measured
  • Reporting accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Time saved via automation and dashboard improvements
  • Quality and actionability of insights delivered to Paid Media Manager, Franchise Marketing Manager, and leadership
  • Franchisee and agency satisfaction with reporting clarity
  • Contribution to CAC efficiency, lead quality improvement, and network growth targets
Why This Role Matters

Gameday runs a two-tier paid media system: HQ national campaigns and hundreds of franchise clinics running local paid media through agency partners. We spend seven figures per month across the network. Every percentage point of CVR, every dollar of CAC, and every point of show-rate compounds across the full footprint. Your work directly moves the needle on unit economics and franchisee profitability — which is the whole game.
