Job summary

Social Discovery Group (SDG) seeks a Senior Marketing Analyst to develop and optimize marketing reports, monitor performance, and integrate data for visualization. You will analyze campaigns, identify deviations, and provide actionable recommendations to improve KPIs.

The role is remote, full-time, with a focus on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Higher education in technical/mathematical/economic fields.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets (pivot tables).
• Basic knowledge of MS SQL.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Knowledge of mathematical statistics is important.
• English level is B2+.

Responsibilities

• Developing, filling out and optimizing weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Daily monitoring of key performance indicators of products and campaigns; alert on deviations and explain reasons.
• Integrating data from different sources and visualizing them.
• Preparing analytic sections on campaigns to find optimization opportunities.
• Developing practical recommendations to improve key KPIs of campaigns.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst.

Your main tasks will be:

• Developing, filling out and optimizing weekly and monthly marketing reports;
• Daily monitoring of key business performance indicators of products, advertising campaigns, timely notification in case of significant deviations from the norm, searching for and explaining the reasons;
• Integrating data from different sources and their visualization;
• Preparing various analytical sections (summary reports) on advertising campaigns to find ways to optimize;
• Developing practical recommendations for improving key performance indicators of advertising campaigns.

We expect from you:

• Higher education (technical/mathematical/economic education);
• Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets (free handling of pivot tables);
• Basic knowledge of MS SQL;
• Experience with A/B testing
• Knowledge of mathematical statistics is critical
• English level is B2+.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Python;
• Familiarity with web analytics: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager;
• Experience with Google Adwords;
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, SuperSet, etc).
