Job summary

Aquent is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing professional to support its Marketing and Advertising organization. This role manages agency relationships, contracts, and sourcing initiatives across a broad portfolio of marketing services.

You will work across Marketing, Finance, Legal, and supplier partners, translating needs into executable agreements and driving savings opportunities while staying hands-on with contracts and SOWs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing with Marketing/Advertising focus.
• Hands-on experience sourcing marketing services (creative, media, PR, etc.).
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
• Negotiate marketing contracts, MSAs, SOWs, renewals.
• Communicate with agencies and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Balance strategic work with hands-on execution and admin tasks.
• Strong stakeholder-management and leadership communication.
• Strong analytical skills: spend analyses and supplier evaluations.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/SCM or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing across Marketing and Advertising categories.
• Manage portfolio of marketing contracts, renewals, SOWs, and agency agreements.
• Negotiate terms, rate cards, scopes of work with cross-functional teams.
• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes for marketing services and select suppliers.
• Support category strategies, supplier roadmaps, and savings opportunities.
• Prepare executive-ready deal summaries and spend analyses.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct business reviews.
• Balance strategic work with day-to-day contract administration.
