Job summary

Aquent is seeking a senior Strategic Sourcing professional to lead end-to-end initiatives for a leading beauty retail organization. You will shape sourcing strategies across store-related goods and services, drive cost savings, and optimize supplier performance.

Collaborating with Legal, Finance, and cross-functional teams, you will manage multiple projects, negotiate terms, and deliver measurable value while advancing store operations and procurement excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management in a retail or fast-paced setting.
• Experience supporting store-related categories such as fixtures, displays, design services, or related areas.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with a track record of cost optimization and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives using a structured methodology.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business needs and total cost of ownership objectives.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, conduct supplier evaluations and bid analysis, and present recommendations.
