The Position

Swanson Reed is looking for a marketing/administrative assistant to support the team in the US.

The job will consist of:

• Building Brand Identity in the U.S.
• Social Media Marketing
• Admin support
• Project management
• Assistance with the development of R&D plans
• Keeping up-to-date knowledge on the R&D tax credit

You will receive on the job training and guided until you are fully competent.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success as a Marketing/Administrative Assistant, preferably within a professional services or financial services environment. You will have outstanding communication skills, demonstrate a proactive and results orientated approach and have strong planning and organisational abilities. You will be driven, proactive and be able to work autonomously.
