Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking an Assistant Marketing to support the Sales & Marketing team with office duties and customer interactions. You will help manage communications, promote the brand image, and ensure daily checklists and reports are completed for management review.

The role requires administrative or customer service experience, a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, emailing, typing, delivering faxes, distributing mail).
• Receives, records, and relays messages accurately and completely.
• Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Completes all Daily Checklists and reports and submits to management.
• Provides daily reporting to managers/supervisors.

As an Assistant Marketing, a typical day will include:

• Performs general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, sending outgoing faxes, delivering incoming faxes, copying, opening, or distributing mail).

• Receives, records, and relays messages accurately, completely, and legibly.

• Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.

• Completes all Daily Checklists and reports and turns them into management at the end of the shift.

• Provides reporting daily to manager/supervisors.

• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

• Contribute to team goals.

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become an Assistant Marketing:

• Successful candidates will have administrative or customer service experience and interact with others either in person or by phone.

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Computer/technical experience preferred.

• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
