Qualifications

• Prior experience in digital marketing and graphic design is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain confidential personnel files.
• Assist management with confidential employment and labor relations documents.
• Assist with staffing, including finding staff when others are out.
• Work to maintain good relationships with coworkers, school personnel, administrators, parents and Supervisor.
• Maintain records of students eligible for free and reduced lunches if applicable.
• Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts.
• Perform daily bank deposit reconciliation.
• Process vendor invoices and compare prices to bid specifications.
• Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly state claim form for reimbursement.
• Assist in preparing end-of-month financial reports.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment; perform duties safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
