Job summary

AMERICAN HOME HEALTH AGENCY in Orlando is seeking a driven Home Health Agency Marketer / Community Liaison to be the face of the agency within the local community. You will establish relationships with physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, and community resources to drive census growth and educate stakeholders about our home health services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Two years of professional experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or medical device sales.
• Deep knowledge of the Orlando healthcare market and existing local provider relationships.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, case managers, social workers, and discharge planners in the Orlando area.
• Conduct marketing presentations and educational briefings to healthcare professionals and community groups.
• Meet with prospective patients and families to explain our home health services, address questions, and facilitate a smooth transition of care.
• Gather necessary clinical and demographic documentation to initiate the referral intake process.
• Analyze territory market data and implement strategic plans to expand our agency's presence and achieve growth goals.
• Maintain comprehensive records of marketing activities, contacts, and referral pipelines using our tracking systems.

Prior Home Health, Hospice, or Medical Sales experience is a plus.

• Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas de referencia con médicos, gestores de casos, trabajadores sociales y planificadores de altas en el área de Orlando.
• Realizar presentaciones de marketing y sesiones informativas educativas para profesionales de la salud y grupos comunitarios.
• Reunirse con posibles pacientes y sus familias para explicar nuestros servicios de salud en el hogar, responder preguntas y facilitar una transición de atención sin problemas.
• Recopilar la documentación clínica y demográfica necesaria para iniciar el proceso de admisión de referencias.
• Analizar los datos del mercado del territorio e implementar planes estratégicos para expandir la presencia de nuestra agencia y lograr los objetivos de crecimiento.
• Mantener registros completos de las actividades de marketing, los contactos y los canales de referencia utilizando nuestros sistemas de seguimiento.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

Requisitos

• Preferiblemente Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Administración de la Salud o un campo relacionado.
• Dos años de experiencia profesional en marketing de atención médica, ventas farmacéuticas o ventas de dispositivos médicos.
• Conocimiento profundo del mercado de atención médica de Orlando y relaciones locales existentes con proveedores.
• Excelentes habilidades de oratoria, presentación y comunicación interpersonal.
• Licencia de conducir válida y transporte propio confiable requerido.
