ComForCare Home Care is seeking a Marketing professional to oversee marketing initiatives, negotiate payer contracts for optimal reimbursement, and engage in strategic planning with the aim of growing referrals and brand awareness across Wisconsin.

You will build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and community partners, conduct outreach events, and collaborate with clinical staff to deliver a consistent message to customers and the community.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
• Access to reliable transportation
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• • Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, case managers, and community partners
  • Conduct marketing visits and community outreach activities
  • Represent ComForCare at networking events and health fairs
  • Support referral growth and brand awareness
  • Participate in on-call weekend rotation approximately once monthly
  • Assist with operational needs when business demands arise
