This role will identify emerging market trends, bring external insights into the organization, and translate opportunities into scalable programs that increase awareness for our brands, improve patient access, and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in biopharmaceuticals, healthcare strategy or related fields.
• Proven ability to translate external insights into strategic actions.
• Experience launching innovative healthcare solutions and partnerships.
• Strong executive presence, communications, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market, policy and competitive landscape to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide actionable market insights to cross-functional teams for brand and access decisions.
• Support product launches and portfolio optimization with market transformation opportunities.
• Evaluate new solutions in AI, digital health, and alternative distribution models.
• Design programs to drive brand awareness and patient access, with measurable value.
• Establish KPIs and report progress to leadership; prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Market Access, Medical, Legal and Compliance teams.
• Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders and partners to expand reach.
