Fogo de Chão in Paramus, NJ seeks a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support daily operations in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will prepare and present salad bar items, manage inventory, monitor expiration dates, and maintain cleanliness while supporting opening or closing duties; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards including proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Requirements:

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly Team Members on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additionally, company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability are provided where allowed. This position has a pay range that starts at $15.92 and goes up to $19.92. Your rate is dependent upon your relevant work experience.
