Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Illinois is hiring for Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support preparation and presentation of salad bar items and side dishes, ensuring quality, freshness, and timely service.

You will assist with inventory tracking, maintain cleanliness of kitchen spaces, and help complete opening and closing duties. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

This is a full-time hourly role with comprehensive benefits including health coverage and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards including proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
