Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Charlotte, NC seeks a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support prep, display, and presentation of salad bar items and side dishes. You will help maintain high quality inventory and assist with food storage and expiration tracking.

The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, ability to work weekends/holidays, and a commitment to cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures quality of inventory and fresh produce including proper management of storage areas.
• Assists management with tracking expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes opening or closing shift duties.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Now Hiring / Immediately Hiring: Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards including proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly Team Members on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
