Qualifications

• 8+ years in market structure, exchange technology, or strategy roles within financial services.
• Deep knowledge of market structure across asset classes, exchange architecture, and regulatory environments.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across internal and external partners.
• Experience in options trading is beneficial.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Market Structure Strategy: Stay at the forefront of market structure changes across asset classes and regulatory developments.
• Exchange Architecture & Technical Analysis: Understand exchange architecture and matching engine mechanics and translate changes into impacts on trading operations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with trading, technology, legal, and compliance teams.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with exchanges, brokers, clearinghouses, and liquidity providers.
• Competitive Analysis: Analyze trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Regulatory Advocacy: Work with legal/compliance and regulatory bodies to shape policy developments.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
