Responsibilities

• Lead Market Structure Strategy across asset classes and assess regulatory, technological, and competitive developments.
• Maintain technical understanding of exchange architecture and matching engines; translate changes into implications for trading operations and strategy.
• Collaborate with trading, technology, legal, and compliance to align initiatives with market trends and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with exchanges, brokers, clearinghouses, and liquidity providers; engage internal experts for key discussions.
