Market Segment Manager - School Bus, EV Charging

Join us at Siemens as a Market Segment Manager - School Bus, EV Charging. This role is remotely based in the US or Canada and focuses on developing new market opportunities in North America, especially in the school bus segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as subject matter expert on the charging landscape, vehicle requirements, regulations, and market development factors.
• Develop and implement strategies using the 4-Ps (Product, Placement, Price, Promotion).
• Influence Siemens' go-to-market strategies and utilize business development channels.
• Engage with industry influencers including OEMs, distributors, CMS companies, and consultants.
• Coordinate with legal and order management teams for MSAs, contracts, and sales support.
• Manage key accounts on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales/business development within the automotive or energy industry, with knowledge of renewable energy policies and incentives, and the EV industry in North America.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Willingness to travel 20-50%.
