Job summary

Victra seeks a Market Sales Manager to partner with front-line retail teams across the territory to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities. You will support store teams, deliver training, and help meet monthly quotas while visiting locations and presenting performance insights.

The role requires strong sales leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel 70% and on-site collaboration with Verizon initiatives are expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail leadership sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel approximately 70% within assigned territory.

As a Market Sales Manager here at Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, you will partner with our front-line retail sales team within your assigned area to identify, qualify, and close sales and growth opportunities. In addition to the day-to-day support of sales within your assigned network of retail locations, you will also be expected to assist in training efforts as you strive to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
