TD is seeking a seasoned Head of Market Risk for US Prime Brokerage in New York. You will own the market risk framework, continually evolving methodologies and governance to support strategic growth while ensuring robust risk controls.

You will lead risk coverage across the Prime Brokerage platform, partner with front office, risk, and analytics teams, and brief senior leadership on exposures and risk mitigation. A strong leadership track record and advanced credentials are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of market risk experience, ideally within Prime Brokerage.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or CFA preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the market risk framework for US Prime Brokerage.
• Lead end-to-end market risk oversight across the platform.
• Partner with Counterparty Credit, Counterparty Analytics and Trading teams.
• Advise trading desks on risk positions and market dynamics.
• Drive governance with policies, procedures and controls.
