You will collaborate with Credit Officers, Sales and Trading, Market Risk, and senior management to strengthen controls and risk metrics across the firm.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in risk management and/or counterparty credit risk.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and risk exposure impacts.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with clear risk conclusions.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with senior stakeholder exposure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using LLMs and AI toolsets.
• Experience in Prime Brokerage Risk Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Counterparty Credit Risk coverage lead supporting Prime Brokerage.
• Identify, analyze, monitor, and escalate exposures including concentrations.
• Validate daily risk and exposure reporting for Credit Officers, senior management, and front office.
• Serve as subject matter expert on Prime Brokerage margin methodologies, processes, and systems.
• Review client margin requests, assess adequacy versus stress exposures, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of Prime Brokerage clients and form risk appetite views.
• Monitor margin adequacy and risk across top Prime Brokerage counterparties and portfolios.
• Apply Counterparty Stress Analysis framework to analyze exposures.
• Partner with stakeholders on exposure topics, methodology releases, model limitations, and policy enhancements.
• Contribute to firmwide initiatives related to counterparty credit exposure metrics and reporting.
