Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing market research projects from initiation through reporting and presentation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing research vendors, including contract management, vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting legal, compliance, or regulatory requirements within research environments.
• Strong project management, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, document, and continuously improve research processes and workflows.
• Coordinate research projects from planning through execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Support mandated and business-critical research initiatives while ensuring timely delivery.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Partner with research teams to support complex qualitative and quantitative research efforts.
• Maintain project tracking tools, operational dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Analyze research operations and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics and performance reports.
