Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English or similar field.
• 5-10 years of marketing, sales, customer service, or event settings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative, flexible, and results-oriented.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Overview

Join Kimley-Horn’s growing marketing team and help influence client and project strategy; coordinate, write, and collaborate on proposals and thought leadership; and promote the firm. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to inform product roadmaps
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned products
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns
• Write and edit content for product promotional collateral, including brochures, sales enablement materials, and case studies
• Translate product features and benefits into customer-facing messaging
• Conduct market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
• Research and document the market landscape and activities of competitors
• Support, organize, and implement special projects/events to promote products
• Ability to think critically and creatively to generate new ideas for marketing and research activities
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Human-Centered Design, or a similar field
• 5-10 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or event settings
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Creative, flexible, and results-oriented
