What You'll Do

As a Market Research Analyst, you’ll be the radar ️ behind our decision-making — spotting trends before they hit, decoding customer behavior, and helping us stay five steps ahead of the competition.

Here’s what your day might include:

• Conducting in-depth market analysis across industries and geographies
• Identifying trends, opportunities, and customer pain points
• Designing surveys, focus groups, and other primary research tools
• Mining secondary data sources for insights that matter
• Collaborating with product, marketing, and strategy teams to inform key decisions

You’re curious. You ask why — a lot. You love digging into data, but you also know how to zoom out and tell the story behind the numbers.

Must-haves:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field
• ️ Experience with market research methods (qual + quant)
• Skilled in tools like Excel, Python, R, SPSS, or similar
• Comfortable with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Analytical thinking, with a sprinkle of creativity
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
• Comfortable working independently and async in a remote setup
