Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive experience within accounting, finance, or auditing.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely setup of vendor & customer agreements, including contract load and storage for TRS, BID and OTH customers.
• Accurate and timely setup/maintenance of Price Rules, Bid Rules, and Validation rules for TRS, BID and OTH customers.
• Supports audits and pricing disputes for Master Distribution Agreements, Price Rules, Bid Rules, CPAS and Vendor agreements.
• Assist with exception reporting to ensure pricing accuracy (New account report, New Item report, etc.).
• Collaborate with Sysco Business Services, Market Sales Management and Merchandising on contracts, rebates and pricing issues.
• Engage in related projects to support market needs.

Including contract load and storing processes as needed for the USBL Market\\SBS to support TRS, BID, and OTH customers* Accurate and timely setup/maintenance of all Price Rules, Bid Rules, and Validation rules for TRS, BID, and OTH customers within the market including the maintenance of the customer eligibility for those agreements.* Supports audits and pricing disputes of Master Distribution Agreements, Price Rules, Bid Rules, CPAS and Vendor agreements including verifying margins or markups and frequency.
