This role emphasizes loans, deposits, treasury management, and advisory banking with a commitment to regulatory compliance and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of banking, commercial lending, business development, or financial services experience.
• Experience successfully managing relationships and growing a market or portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced banking programs valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the market in alignment with Frandsen Bank’s vision and community banking philosophy.
• Develop and execute a market growth plan focused on loans, deposits, treasury management, and fee income.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, professionals, and community leaders.
• Provide leadership for commercial, consumer, deposits, savings, credit, and other banking products.
• Coach and develop local banking team to deliver superior service and performance.
• Represent the bank in the community through business development and events.
• Monitor market performance, risk, budgets, and financial activity; take action to manage risk.
• Ensure operations are compliant, customer-focused, and aligned with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote financial products and solutions.
• Complete all training and ongoing professional development.
