• Commercial Business relationship development providing lines-of-credit, OCRE, construction, commercial real estate, agriculture loans, deposits, payments and treasury management services to small to medium sized businesses, developers, farmers/ranchers and high-net-worth individuals.
• Leadership: Set the example of proactive relationship development and community engagement. Oversee the activities, performance and professional development of the commercial team.
