Job summary

United Prairie Bank is hiring a part-time Call Center Representative at one of our Minnesota branches, with work hours scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

You will provide friendly and courteous support by answering account questions, resolving inquiries, and recommending solutions tailored to customers' financial needs via phone, email, and instant messaging. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s in Business or Finance is preferred; 1+

• 1+ years of sales or call center experience preferred.
• 1+ years of banking experience required.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

Job Overview:

As a Call Center Representative, you will provide friendly and courteous support to our customers by answering account questions, resolving inquiries, and recommending solutions tailored to their financial needs via phone, email, and instant messaging.

Hourly Compensation Range: $19.00-$26.40

Qualifications for this Opportunity:

• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance preferred
• 1+ years of experience in sales or call center experience preferred
• 1+ years of banking experience required
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
