Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Manager, Market Operations Training based at our Tempe headquarters to design, deliver, and measure elite leader training across Market Operations. You will ramp up new leaders, coach teams, and ensure a consistent customer experience. Travel up to 15% is required.

You will build onboarding programs, partner with People Ops, and drive data-driven improvements while leading a team of instructional designers and training specialists.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in training program management, L&D, or related field.
• Experience designing and facilitating training for people leaders.
• Experience leading a team of individual contributors.
• Proven ability to run training programs across a multi-site footprint.

Responsibilities

• Own the leader training program lifecycle—from needs analysis to delivery and measurement.
• Build and run new leader onboarding to ramp productivity on a predictable timeline.
• Partner with Ops to deliver ongoing leadership development and performance management.
