Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• At least five years of relevant experience in team leadership roles managing multiple employees.
• Experience handling logistics.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with adaptability and calm under pressure.
• Appreciation for differences of opinion and collaborative problem solving.
• Ability to manage employee and customer experience, even when interactions become challenging.
• Skills to examine processes and develop creative solutions.
• Willingness to take on new assignments and juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a fast-paced, cross-functional team within Carvana's Market Operation department.
• Oversee logistics, scheduling, inventory quality, and related processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement and scalable growth—while maintaining a customer-first focus.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to align on priorities and deliver results.
