Job summary

American Tower is seeking a Market Manager, Services to drive turnkey services across a defined geographic area in the United States. You will oversee soft-cost, pre-construction, and construction phases, leading real estate project managers and construction managers to deliver results, maintain client relationships, and meet performance targets.

You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure data integrity, accurate forecasting, and adherence to financial goals.

Job description

The Team

We are seeking a Market Manager, Services to join American Tower’s growing services business. You will execute and deliver our turnkey services offering within a defined geographical area, having direct oversight of all soft-cost, pre-construction, and construction phases through integration and customer acceptance. You will lead an execution team of real estate project managers and construction managers and be responsible for delivery performance, customer communications, data integrity, resource planning, and financial goals in your assigned territory. You will be accountable for delivering results that meet or exceed targets and for building and maintaining customer relationships. Day to day you will lead customer and vendor deployment meetings, establish team goals, act as the escalation path for issue resolution within your area, and collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams that directly support our services business.
