Qualifications

• Proven ability to direct multi-store operations across a district.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and succession planning skills.
• P&L, payroll, and inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop Store Managers to accomplish market/district objectives through recruitment, coaching and succession planning.
• Ensure attainment of sales, payroll, operating expenses and inventory shortage goals for district.
• Meet or exceed customer service objectives with emphasis on coaching and follow-up.
• Maintain merchandise presentation to company standards including allocation, restocking and recovery.
• Act as liaison between stores and District/Regional Manager; set market priorities with leadership.
• Communicate and uphold TH culture, values and operational standards across stores.
