What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive growth in margin, revenue, market share, and unit volume within your assigned region
- Cultivate relationships and drive strategic initiatives with Retail and Direct Builder accounts
- Negotiate and close profitable retail and builder sales while promoting key programming
- Train trade partners on the features and advantages of the employer's products
- Prepare and execute competitive pricing quotes for ACD accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of strategic selling and negotiating experience, preferably in the appliance industry or related sectors
- Proven experience in developing strong customer relationships and supporting contract renewals
- Ability to deliver persuasive presentations
- Knowledge of professional sales processes and insights-driven selling

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the retail and contract distribution channels in single-family and multi-family segments
- Experience using data to influence decisions with senior stakeholders and leaders
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
