Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations for 4–8 express carwash sites and conduct regular site visits to ensure wash quality, cleanliness, staffing and compliance.
• Coach and support Site Managers in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management to build strong teams.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and consistent customer service and help resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules, equipment handling guidelines, chemical management, and maintenance routines.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs; schedule preventative maintenance and follow‑up on work orders.
• Review location KPIs with Site Managers and communicate risks and opportunities to Market Director; support efficiency and quality improvements across locations.
