Qualifications

  • Textile and/or nonwoven experience highly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of sales, business development, and account management experience.
  • Proven ability to drive profitable business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new B2B opportunities.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to support customer engagement and business growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business technologies, with strong business acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
