## Market Leader, Innovation BankingApply: New York, NY: Full time: Posted Yesterday: R13802**Job Title:**Market Leader, Innovation Banking**Location:**New York, New York**What you'll do:**As a Market Director you'll be in a senior-level leadership position responsible for executing the division's strategic plan and guiding your team in its efforts to meet the Bank's annual growth and customer retention targets. You'll lead a group of Commercial Bankers, Business Development Officers, and Portfolio Management staff to expand our market share, grow the portfolio, and deepen the relationship with our customers. You'll be responsible for leading the growth and development of the team's general portfolio of the Innovation Banking team, as part of the greater Regional Banking business line. While Market Directors spend a significant portion of their time working their own network and top-tier customers in the portfolio, much of your time will be devoted to supporting your team in credit structuring discussions, portfolio health management, and market dynamics responsiveness.* Responsible for supporting both regional and national leadership in executing the Bank's strategic plan, with specific focus of leading the efforts to grow the loan and deposit portfolio of the assigned region or business line. They are measured on their team's success in meeting sales objectives, portfolio health, and management of market dynamics.* Executes the tactical strategy outlined by leadership regarding transaction pitches and negotiation of term sheets.
