Responsibilities

• Executes components of the market business plan with a focus on advisor productivity and revenue growth.
• Supports talent development, engagement and retention to create opportunity and respect.
• Coaches Advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience and client-first culture.
• Coordinates with Office Management Team and internal partners for integrated client solutions.
• Promotes adherence to risk and compliance and elevates control environments as needed.
• Acts as regulatory supervisor in partnership with Supervisory teams for licensed activities.
• Represents the firm in local market activities, business development and community events.
