  • Shape Vestas Americas strategy through industry-leading market research, strategic analysis, and communications guidance.

  • Lead the annual Regional Business Plan process and Regional updates to the Board of Directors and Executive Management.

  • Design Senior Leadership Team strategy offsites 2-3 times per year to drive strategy creation, partnering with People & Culture to activate the strategy through leadership alignment and workforce engagement.

Communications

  • Develop integrated, multi-channel communications that connect Vestas' global business strategy to Vestas Americas priorities and provide clear, audience-specific messaging for Regional headquarters, factory, and field employees, in collaboration with Regional and Global leaders.

  • Develop and manage external communications, including product, sales, development, customer, public acceptance, and crisis communications campaigns that support Vestas Americas' business objectives and strengthen trust with external stakeholders.

  • Lead a skilled communications team that advances Vestas' business objectives, market position, and brand reputation.
