Express Flooring seeks a Market Operations Manager to oversee daily installation operations and build a strong contractor network for the San Francisco market. You will ensure high-quality service, efficient scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years relevant experience) in operations or a related field.
• 7+ years in operations with leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years managing hourly or field-based teams.
• Experience coordinating with independent contractors or service providers.
• Experience recruiting and managing contractor networks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day installation operations to meet standards and timelines.
• Manage installation scheduling and dispatch to optimize crew utilization.
• Supervise Installation Coordinators and provide guidance.
• Develop and manage a network of installation contractors; monitor performance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Address customer installation concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle warranty requests and service resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Hire and onboard operations staff; support training and performance reviews.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and delivery.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and contracts across operations.
• Support warehouse and field logistics, including inventory control and lift requirements (65+ lbs).
