Responsibilities

• Lead and manage installation teams across metro areas
• Oversee daily installations of closets, cabinetry, millwork, and painting
• Train and coach installers to meet company and client expectations
• Maintain installer accountability and client satisfaction
• Coordinate with scheduling to address field issues and prevent recurrence
• Travel within the state as required (overnight stays 10–20%) and ensure safety
• Utilize CRM, MS Excel, and project management tools to oversee execution
