Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field as listed.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in load research, modeling, forecasting, or economic analysis.

Responsabilités

• Develops long-term customer, load and demand forecasts, program evaluations, and load analysis.
• Designs and develops databases to support load research and analysis.
• Evaluates, procures and coordinates various analytical modeling tools to facilitate modeling and evaluation activities.
• Supports project administration, planning, and progress monitoring across responsibilities and contracts.
• Conducts technical analysis for operations planning, power scheduling, contract negotiations, and financial planning.
• Supports financial and market assessment of new products and services.
• Independently analyzes and provides recommendations on high-capital projects.
• Reviews contract work by consultants and delivers technical reports to staff and public.
• Performs other related duties, including after-hours work when necessary.
