Responsibilities

Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
Prepare cooking surfaces and all menu items including vegetables, sides, meats, breakfast foods, and heat-and-eat varieties.
Place food in hot cases, monitor amounts, and refill as necessary throughout your shift.
Stay knowledgeable of all menu items and take guest orders as needed.
Prepare items for upcoming shifts to keep the department running smoothly.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Market Grille operation.
Practice proper sanitation procedures and keep your work area clean and organized at all times.
Order product and supplies as needed or notify department managers of any needs.
Work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
