Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Take customer orders at the Market Grille counter and answer the telephone with helpful service.
• Review daily orders, anticipate product needs, and prepare/replenish products as needed.
• Pull product from cooler/freezer for cooking and ensure adequate food supply.
• Handle food safely and monitor freshness.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area throughout the shift.
• Run the department register, receive payment, and make change where applicable.
• Work with coworkers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
